We have had a few trailers go down there, and it has been positive! All the reefer trailers are serviced there. Any time one of the trailers breaks down, we take it there.
They have taken care of us every time we have gone. There were many times, too, where we get something loaded and the heat goes out and they have been able to do it with the loaded trailer so they could get it same-day delivered.
I’ve never been told no – whenever we call they always make room for me! Dave Lake is his name; he always gets me in.
