Over the years, Carrier Transicold of Detroit has been an award winning company. We have been named Dealer of the Year 6 times and have been runners up twice. We have won Medal of Excellence and Winner’s Circle awards. We have even earned Next Level 2 awards for the last 18 years in a row! These awards are given based on a point scale in which dealers are graded in sales, service and training. We have also received two Brick and Mortar awards, which are presented when a Carrier dealer remodels or expands their facilities to better serve the business and their customers’ needs.

We make sure that we are always available to our customers by having 7 mobile service vehicles, including one that stops daily at the container and rail yards for maintenance and fueling. We also have a vehicle for offsite part sales, and 24 hour emergency service is always available.
